Step 1) Print, Read, Fill
Out, Sign and Mail or scan and e-Mail |

LISTING FORMS & DISCLOSURE |

The MLS requires written signatures on
Listing Agreements. |

Step 2) Pay Online
with *Credit Card via PayPal or pay using your PayPal Account |

*You do not need a PayPal Account to

Step 3) Fill out
the Appropriate Online Property
Information Listing Form (within
24 hours) |

After Credit Card
Payment via PayPal, you will be taken to Online Property Listing Forms |
* If you choose Option #2, you will be prompted for Domain

Step 4) Email
Photos of your Property to
sellerschoicemls@yahoo.com
(within 24 hours) |

Rename files in the order you want them to appear (i.e.
1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg and so on) |

24 hours and you want it listed at a later
date,
then you must
fill out a
Delayed Listing Form and
scan and email or mail it to us along
with your Disclosure and
